King of Snails

I've taken a lot of pictures of food over the years.

Not as many as those Instagram influencers who take a ring light to restaurants, but quite a lot for food related topics and teaching - and some have made it into textbooks.

This image was taken at a small cafe in the Portuguese settlement of Cuba, near to Vidigueira in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
